Abstract

The digitization of healthcare systems is crucial for improving service delivery, accessibility, and patient outcomes. In Uzbekistan, family polyclinics serve as the cornerstone of primary healthcare services, but the lack of advanced digital infrastructure poses challenges to efficiency and service quality. This article explores the current state of digitization in family polyclinics in Uzbekistan and proposes strategies to improve it. The study examines key aspects such as electronic health records (EHR), telemedicine integration, and the use of data analytics for population health management. Drawing on global best practices, this study highlights the potential of digitization to transform Uzbekistan’s healthcare landscape by enhancing efficiency, reducing administrative burdens, and improving patient care.
