Abstract

This article describes pilgrimage tourism, including the history of the formation of the phrase "pilgrimage" and its meaning, its place in the world and in Uzbekistan in the field of tourism, how important it is today, the unique characteristics of world religions such as Christianity, Islam, and Buddhism. we will dwell on the tourists who visit the holy places and the rituals of pilgrimage.
