Syndrome of Systemic Inflammatory Reaction in Case of Poisoning with Acetic Acid

Relevance of the study. The vast majority of acute household poisoning occurs as a result of exposure to various highly flammable substances on the human body, and these, as a rule, primarily include acetic acid and its derivatives. Poisoning with such substances is the most common in the domestic aspect of human life, as evidenced by medical statistics. Food poisoning, in addition to a large number of complications, the development of multiple organ failure and deaths, can be precedents and cause partial or complete disability, and in a certain percentage of cases, disability of patients: disability of patients is to some extent due to the severity and scale of the area of burn injury (burn injury) chemical character. Unfortunately, in some cases, it is difficult in most cases to diagnose and predict the rate of complications in the body due to chemical burns from poisoning with HC and its derivatives. Today, there is current data and knowledge about pathogenic processes in the field of food poisoning from HC and its derivatives, in particular, cases of pathologies in the cardiovascular system, destruction of blood cells (hemolysis), etc., have been recorded in medical practice, although the urgency of the problem of the need to solve clinical problems related to HC food poisoning and its derivatives remain at the same level, due to its high clinical interest. Nevertheless, the author provides statistical data that from 25 to 70-75% of cases of poisoning with HC and its derivatives can lead to death, which, unfortunately, leaves much to be desired (it should be noted that a certain value of the mortality rate among patients who have received food poisoning with HC and its derivatives can be obtained only after research related factors).
