The research reveals that automation delivers multiple advantages such as better operation efficiency and error minimization with expenses savings and increased access to telemedicine services. A combination of AI diagnostics systems and EHRs demonstrates its effectiveness in patient care decision processes as well as hospital operational control systems. Research reveals how automation creates better healthcare results although infrastructure challenges and health provider resistance block its complete capabilities from being achieved, and the research requires focused digital infrastructure funding as well as cybersecurity practices together with training systems for maximizing healthcare automation outcomes. Policymakers together with healthcare administrators should implement strategic digital adoption methods because they improve both medical service efficiency and sustainability. The implementation of AI alongside EHRs together with telemedicine systems presents a solution for Uzbekistan to bridge existing healthcare gaps while creating equal opportunities for high-quality medical services.
