The Role of Psychological Services in the System of Sciences and the Objective and Subjective Possibilities of Studying Human Nature

This study examines the importance of psychological services within the scientific framework and the distinct objective and subjective opportunities for understanding humanity. In contemporary education, a pressing objective is the cultivation of a well-rounded human. Comprehending an individual's psychological traits from early childhood is essential for educators, psychologists, and parents. The advancement of psychological science in the last century has established it as an essential instrument for facilitating human growth and addressing wider societal transformations. As Uzbekistan experiences swift transformation across all sectors, the emphasis on the human element is growing, connecting individual awareness with national progress. The article analyses the definitions of consciousness, emphasising its cognitive activities including sensation, perception, memory, imagination, and reasoning. These processes are fundamental to how individuals interpret the world and formulate knowledge. Moreover, psychological services are demonstrated to connect with other disciplines, including teaching, sociology, medicine, and philosophy. The article delineates the framework of psychological services, including general, educational, developmental, occupational, social, and clinical psychology. A methodological overview differentiates between objective instruments, including standardised tests, behavioural observations, and neuropsychological procedures, and subjective instruments such as clinical interviews and self-assessments. The article underscores the significance of prompt identification of mental health concerns and the contribution of psychological care to improving human well-being. Psychological services ultimately seek to deliver comprehensive, interdisciplinary assistance for comprehending and directing human behaviour. The amalgamation of empirical and subjective methodologies guarantees a comprehensive approach to psychological evaluation and intervention.
