The article provides a comprehensive review of recent studies on the adaptation of the cardiovascular system to physical exercise in children and adolescents with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia (UCTD). Accord to literature data, the myocardial function in patients and demonstrate morphological change of the highway, reduced contractility, diastolic dysfunction, and autonomic imbalance. Heart rate variability (hrv) analysis reveals a predominant sympathetic activity and reduced parasympathetic tone, leads to decreased adaptive reserve and prolonged recovery after your workout. Echocardiographic data indicate a lowered ejection fraction (55-58%) and reduced cardiac output by 10-15%. The review emphasizes the importance of individualized assessment of early signs of pregnancy to prevent complications and improve cardiovascular function and the development of adaptation in the rehabilitation program. The clinical significance of the findings highlightly continuous monitoring and management of personalized exercise in children with UCTD.
