Anti-inflammatory drugs are effective and convenient to use, but can cause serious complications, primarily from the gastrointestinal tract, cardiovascular system and kidneys. Thus, according to domestic and foreign studies, at least 40-50% of acute bleeding is from the upper gastrointestinal tract
