Anti- Folding Drugs Stomach Changes In the Morphometric Parameters of the Wall Floor

Changes in the morphometric parameters of the gastric mucosa under the influence of anti-inflammatory drugs were studied. It was found that, along with morphological changes in the tissue structure of the gastric mucosa under the influence of anti-inflammatory drugs, its morphometric parameters also changed significantly. Long-term administration of anti-inflammatory drugs leads to atrophic processes in the gastric mucosa, thinning of glandular tissue, changes in the capillary network, and a decrease in the thickness of the epithelial layer. The observed changes in morphometric parameters confirm the adverse effect of these drugs on the mucosa.
