Novel heterocyclic compounds containing a 1,2,4-triazole moiety were produced by modifying the antibiotic triazole. Physical characteristics, FTIR, 1H-NMR, and melting point studies were used to ascertain their structures. . To evaluate the new chemicals' toxicity, the LD50 value was calculated utilizing Dixon's up-and-down methodology. The antibacterial activity of these compounds against gram positive and negative bacteria was tested at concentrations of 200–500 mg/mL. , such as Candida albicans, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus, and Staphylococcus aureus. The 1,2,4-triazoles are a common structural motif among heterocyclic compounds containing three nitrogen heteroatoms that have garnered significant interest from the scientific community and medical uses. Despite not occurring in nature, the 1,2,4-triazole moiety finds extensive application in drug development, polymer chemistry, supramolecular chemistry, chemical biology, and organic synthesis. Therefore, it is essential to establish a straightforward and unambiguous process for the synthesis of derivatives of 1,2,4-triazoles. When compared to conventional antibiotics, the results showed that all of these substances exhibit strong antibacterial and antifungal properties. In the end, tests were carried out to ascertain each produced molecule's antioxidant activity, revealing varying levels of activity.
